Laser Hair Removal

Laser hair removal is a permanent solution to unwanted hair. At Alpine Laser Clinic, we remove hair from the face and nearly any part of the body - treatments are fast and there’s no recovery time. We utilize true lasers -- the Alexandrite and the Diode – that kill hair at the root. We also use the Nd: YAG for rarer skin types. Because lasers target the hair follicles, skin doesn’t suffer through abrasive action that razors, depilators, or hot waxes can cause.

IPL (Intense pulsed light) machines are just flash lamp and not true lasers. They can help reduce hair, but are inferior to true lasers. IPL machines are viewed by experts as equivalent to long term waxing.

Results are also heavily dependent on the laser technician’s experience. This experience includes choosing the optimal setting on the chosen laser, and the consistency of having the same laser technician for your treatments. Remember that all lasers – and all laser techs – are not equal.

At Alpine Laser Clinic, we only use the best lasers available. That, along with our thorough technique, experience and customer service makes us the very best out there. The Cynosure Apogee Elite and the Alma Soprano ICE are the most comprehensive laser hair removal systems available today. They are designed for all skin types, and they remove unwanted hair with unsurpassed efficacy and patient comfort. For the Cynosure, the system is optimized for effective treatment of nail fungus, as well as benign epidermal pigmented lesions. That’s because its revolutionary technology combines two optimal wavelengths in one system: the 755-nm Alexandrite laser and the 1064-nm Nd:YAG laser. It’s the best of both worlds. In addition, we offer treatments with a diode laser — the Alma, which gives patients quick, effective results with very little discomfort.
